1. Right to Withdraw
At Wildsocks, customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract and request an exchange or refund within 12 calendar days of receiving your delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, received the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be returned complete, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, as we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or missing components.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
You may choose to exchange your items for a replacement of equal value, subject to stock availability, or request a full refund of the product purchase price, though original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Return Costs and Risk
The buyer is entirely responsible for paying all return shipping fees as well as bearing the risk of loss or damage to the goods while in transit, so using a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.
5. Exclusions
Warranty coverage and return rights are strictly excluded in cases involving normal wear and tear, improper handling or care of the socks, or damage caused by force majeure after delivery.

To initiate your return, simply reach out to our customer support team through our Contact Us page with your order details, pack your unused items securely in their original packaging, and ship them to the return address provided by our team.
