• Delivery Address: Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout after full payment has been received.
• Delivery Times: Stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Wildsocks GmbH cannot be held liable for carrier delays.
• Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland):

• Free Shipping: Available for private customers on orders over CHF 59.--.
• Standard Orders (under CHF 59.--): A flat shipping fee of CHF 4.-- applies.
• Resellers: A flat shipping fee of CHF 9.-- applies to all reseller orders within Switzerland.

• All product prices listed in the Wildsocks online shop include Swiss VAT.
• Prices and shipping conditions are subject to change at any time.

• Incorrect Address: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, Wildsocks GmbH is entitled to request corrected address details from the postal service.
• Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses acceptance of the delivered package, Wildsocks GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

• Return Window: You have the right to exchange products or request a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 12 calendar days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied, or if you received the wrong size/color.
• Condition: Items must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk during transit.
