At Wildsocks, responsibility doesn't end with the product. We care about respectful relationships, sustainable processes and long-term partnerships along the entire value chain.

Our production chain follows the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS®), which stands for environmentally friendly manufacturing as well as safe and fair working conditions in textile production.

Our shipping work – from stock keeping and packing to handing parcels to the post – is done by the «Werkstätten Bern» of the UPD in sheltered employment. This way we consciously support social integration and meaningful jobs.

In addition, for every pair of socks sold we donate a warm school meal to children in Balanta Sabor (Guinea-Bissau) and food to their families. Together with the aid organisation ora international, we support a school project in Balanta Sabor that lets children attend school regularly despite drought and food shortages. The daily meal gives not only new strength but also prospects for education and the future.
