Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Wildsocks GmbH dated May 10, 2019
1. Applicability of the General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to orders, shipments, exchanges, and returns of socks of all sizes and styles ordered through the Wildsocks GmbH online shop. These terms and conditions remain valid indefinitely unless amended in writing by the shareholders of Wildsocks GmbH.
2. Contract conclusion and offer
All offers from Wildsocks GmbH are non-binding. A contract is only formed upon the customer's order and its acceptance by Wildsocks GmbH. Customer orders are placed online using the forms provided by Wildsocks GmbH. Wildsocks GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of typographical or calculation errors.
3. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer after receipt of payment. Wildsocks GmbH cannot be held liable for delays. Delivery is ex-warehouse, and the stated delivery times are non-binding. Risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. If the customer refuses acceptance, Wildsocks GmbH may, at its discretion, withdraw from the contract.
4. Shipping costs and prices
Free shipping within Switzerland for private individuals on orders over CHF 59.--. For orders under this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 4.-- within Switzerland. For resellers, the shipping fee is a flat rate of CHF 9.--. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, the shipping fee is CHF 9.-- according to the country list (available at www.wildsocks.ch under Shipping Conditions). Deliveries outside of Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. All prices include Swiss VAT. Prices listed in the Wildsocks GmbH online shop are non-binding and subject to change at any time.
5. Right of return
For orders of the wrong size or color, or if the customer is simply not satisfied, they have the right to exchange the goods or request a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 12 calendar days of receiving the delivery. If the desired goods cannot be subsequently delivered, the customer may choose to cancel the purchase or request a replacement delivery at the same price. Goods can only be returned complete, unused, and in their original condition as described under Returns. Warranty is excluded in cases of normal wear and tear, improper handling, force majeure, or damaged goods. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and the risk of loss during transit.
6. Data protection and security
Customer data is collected only in accordance with legal regulations and is not passed on to third parties. If mail cannot be delivered to the customer at the address provided, Wildsocks GmbH is entitled to request the correct address from the postal service.
7. Final Provisions
This contract is governed exclusively by Swiss law, even if the order is placed from abroad or delivery is made abroad. These terms and conditions are deemed accepted by the customer upon placing an order. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Worb/BE, Switzerland (CH-3076).
